Email Signature Management

Pulling information from Active Directory, the software updates as your Active Directory changes. Someone’s position changes, the signature is updated automatically without any intervention on your part. You can even have different templates for different departments! Don’t look like an amateur, put forth a professional look. Templates can also be scheduled so that you have a different signature showing from June 20^th to July 5^th notifying recipients you will be closed on July 4^th. Best of all, once you set the time range, the template will automatically disable, and you’ll be using the normal template.
• Campaigns: you can run campaigns to highlight new services or products from your company. These too can be scheduled so that they are used when pertinent. You can also have several campaigns running at the same time and the software will mix up the campaign used in each email. Get your message out and don’t miss out on an advertising opportunity.

Machine Management and Monitoring

If you need to share passwords across team members, our solution can handle that. You can secure areas so that only the appropriate groups can access each set of passwords. Someone on the shop floor should not be access the bank login. But Betty might be covering for Bob who is on vacation and need to download the transactions for reconciliation.
